Declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020, the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) is already causing huge social and economic impacts worldwide.

It is still difficult to predict all the consequences of the disease, but some situations cannot be ruled out, such as mass stoppages by industries and companies, breaches of contracts with suppliers, massive activation of insurance companies, cancellations of major sports, culture and entertainment events, among many others. In view of the current scenario, we have formed a multidisciplinary team with partners from all of practice areas to analyze the situation and outline strategies to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic on our clients' businesses.
